Overview:
We are an air conditioning company (est.
1956) specializing in residential installations of ductless high efficiency heating and cooling comfort systems and window and wall air conditioners.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team.
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
-· Greet and assist clients on phone or in showroom.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues, · Ability to understand, interpret and explain products to clients, evaluate needs and respond according to company procedure.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries or problems ,answer calls, route to appropriate departments, schedule service calls and sales appointments, ability to anticipate and identify installer and or technician for a specific job.
-Knowledge of Queens or ability to read a map for locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-focused initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Lead and mentor a team of customer relations representatives
· Qualifications:
-Honest, reliable, punctual and dependable.
-Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
-Excellent customer service skills, must be able to problem solve and communicate with team and home owners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management tools and technique
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights for decision-making
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
