Responsibilities:
• Supervise the coordination of equipment runners responsible for ensuring the timely supply and efficient flow of all assigned equipment within the department.
• Administer the equipment requisition process and oversee tray setup for various travel classes and airlines, ensuring adequate provision for each station.
• Maintain order and cleanliness in all production areas, ensuring proper organization and functionality of equipment.
• Conduct regular reviews of inventories for all airlines, ensuring adherence to par level maintenance standards.
• Achieve timely completion of goals and objectives, assisting supervisors and kitchen staff when needed.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and food safety standards in accordance with DO & CO guidelines; promptly report any related issues to relevant managers and the hygiene and food safety team.
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risks within the operational environment.
• Facilitate the training of new team members and inspire their motivation.
• Cultivate a proactive safety culture within the workplace.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year of experience as an equipment runner or in a leadership role with similar responsibilities.
Skilled in operational procedures.
• Flexibility in availability for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills, demonstrating clarity and conciseness in verbal and written expression.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of resourceful navigation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exemplary organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to follow through on tasks.
• Capable of collaborative teamwork as well as independent work.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced setting with a diverse clientele, requiring a hands-on approach to guest needs.
• Timely completion of assigned tasks, meeting stringent deadlines.
• Able to work in varying temperature environments, both cold and/or hot.
• Physical capability to move, lift, carry, pull, or push as required.
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Estimated Salary Range: $62,500 – $70,000 Annually
