We are seeking an experienced and professional property manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of coop and condo associations in New York City.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, maintaining and improving physical assets, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation:
$40,000 - $48,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of coop and condo associations
Oversee maintenance and repair projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
Develop and manage annual budgets for each property
Maintain relationships with board members, unit owners, and vendors
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes
Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervision
Provide regular reports to board members and stakeholders
Develop and implement plans for capital improvements and long-term maintenance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
3+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on coop and condo associations
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Strong computer skills and proficiency in operating Apple computers and software
Knowledge of NYC building codes, regulations, and laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
