*JOB DESCRIPTION* *Requirements:* * College degree in Construction Management or related field preferred * Minimum 1-2 years estimating experience, preferable in HVAC * Prior HVAC industry experience * Experience managing projects ranging from $100,000 to $6 Million a major plus.
* Detail oriented with the ability to meet project deadlines for estimates and bids.
* Strong knowledge of principles of operation of air conditioning and heating systems, and safety practices concerning HVAC work Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000.
00 - $110,000.
